2022
2022 was a rough year. I've been through a lot of ups and downs and my strength has been tested over and over again, but I made it through and I'm thankful for the life I have. I'm excited for 2023 and all the things I will accomplish next year, but I'm really proud of all my accomplishments from this year.
In January, I started a new job in an office. It's not the ideal job and not something I want for forever, but it has been treating me well and I am very thankful for it. I may not be where I want to be with my career, but I have plenty of time to figure out what I want to do and figure out the steps to get there. For now, I am content with what I have.
In April, I adopted my cat, Binx. He is so sweet and so special to me. He's been with me through all my ups and downs this year and we've formed such a close bond. I love him to pieces.
In May, my boyfriend and I celebrated our one year anniversary, but then later that month we ended up breaking up. We ended up moving out of the apartment we shared together and we now live separately. While we have since gotten back together and have been working through our issues, we still have a lot to fix. For now, we are taking things slowly and still living apart.
I've been living completely on my own for 6 months now. It's definitely been hard and I've had some rough patches, but overall, I'm happy with the way things are. It may not be the ideal living situation, but I'm making it my home and I'm just thankful I have a place to live. I'm starting to decorate and make my space feel more like me and it's actually been really nice having a space completely to myself. It does get lonely at times, but I've always wanted the peace of living alone and I've finally achieved that.
While I may not be exactly where I want to be, I'm thankful for all that I have in my life right now. I know things won't always be easy, but it's worth it and I can't wait to see what happens in 2023. I'm manifesting only good things and becoming the best version of myself. I'm very excited to see what I accomplish in the next year.
